Message from the President

Abstract & Title is a long established Hendricks County title agency. It was originally established in 1902 and has been owned and operated by the Comer family since 1956. I joined the company in 1968 and acquired the company from my mother in 1977. I am a graduate of Indiana University with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Doctor of Jurisprudence. Those degrees were immediately put to use in real estate, zoning, and a probate practice, alongside the title business.

Since I acquired the company, it has expanded to five other counties, including seven offices serving the greater Indianapolis area. We offer exceptional services in title insurance and closing and plan to continue exceeding customer expectations for many years to come. As the markets change, we will stay informed in order to maintain our excellence in the business.
 
In addition to representing a great industry, we represent and are committed to the eight communities in which we are located. Since we serve agents, lenders,and builders as well as husbands, mothers, coaches and leaders in the community, I find immense satisfaction in giving back to these communities.
